Small Humans, Big Feelings
HELPING OUR CHILDREN REGULATE THEIR EMOTIONS

When our children are having big tantrums,
they need our support.

But this stuff is hard! I get how difficult this can be so I don't want to waste your time with unproductive advice. Instead, I want to help you to understand why their emotions are so big, why you may be struggling to support them, how you can get better at this, and effective ways to strengthen their resilience.

You can help your children

find calm. | communicate.build resilience.

by learning about...

Your Limitations
How can you support your child if you don't know how you may be contributing to their big feelings? Parenting is leadership and it is my goal to gracefully help you uncover the ways you can improve your ability to create emotional safety.
brain development
I'm not going to bore you! But, you will better understand realistic expectations for your child's developmental stage. This will help you find and implement appropriate tools and resources.
Practical Resilience Tools
Building resilience is a habit. I'm going to teach you the skills you can practice with your child to help strengthen their resilience muscle!
